GETTING PREPARED FOR DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Hey campers and families — it’s almost that time again! As we gear up for another amazing summer, here are the key updates, schedules, and theme days to help you prepare for camp life.

You will be emailed a check-in time based on your camper’s surname in alphabetical order — the site will be updated when the schedule is done.


It will look something like this:

  • 11:00 – 11:30 – If your camper uses Genoa Pharmacy or will not take medication at camp.

Be advised: arriving earlier than your scheduled time will not decrease the wait time.

  • 11:30 – 12:00 – A–C
  • 12:00 – 12:30 – D–G
  • 1:00 – 1:30 – H–K
  • 1:30 – 2:00 – L–R
  • 2:00 – 2:30 – S–U
  • 2:30 – 3:00 – V–Z

Medical Forms Reminder

Please complete the Medical Assessment Packet and have it signed by a doctor. This form would have been sent out when registration was confirmed.

PROGRAM / THEME DAYS ON CAMP

Weekly Themes

  • Matching Mondays – Match with your camp besties or cabin mates.
  • Tie Dye Tuesdays – Wear your favorite tie-dye shirt.
  • Wacky Wednesdays – Be as creative and wacky as your heart desires.
  • Tropical Thursdays – Think beach party all day long; Hawaiian shirts are a must.
  • Flamingo Fridays – Pink, pink, pink is the theme of Fridays!
  • Sport Shirt Saturdays – Wear your favorite sports team gear.
  • Sunday Best – Dress in your Sunday best, Camp Jaycee edition.
